April and her team were incredible in helping my husband and I find a home and walking us through the closing process! April never failed to respond to my many many questions very timely, she also worked with us to fit showings into our crazy schedule. She was also very creative and helpful to us when crafting our offers to make them competitive. I could not recommend her or her team anymore!

A&J Realty Partners –The one question I think I like to hear a lot from buyers is what do they feel that they learned about the process that they didn’t know?

Alyssa – Well, this was a very different experience for us than buying our first house because of the competitiveness of the market. So I think we learned a lot of creative ways to make competitive offers this time. That was really helpful.

Patrick – Agreed, I mean, I’m learning all the way through the process and to Alyssa’s point that things I’ve never thought of how we get through the competitive nature of the current market just to make sure that we’re competitive in our offers. So I’m stealing her answer but

A&J Realty Partners – So how did you feel about the communication and when you had homes and you wanted to see them were you able to get out and do things quickly?

Alyssa – Very much. Definitely, you’re flexible with our crazy schedules and all that. So it was much appreciated on our end and yeah couldn’t be happier.

Patrick – Responses! Very quick responses to so many questions at all times of the day. And so, we really appreciated just how much you worked with us and your responsiveness. And yes, setting up homes and being flexible with our schedule. It made the process enjoyable and a lot easier for us than it could’ve been.

A&J Realty Partners – When you came into this, moving out of state or moving into the state, what was something that maybe you felt I was able to help you with?

Alyssa – We are familiar with Michigan we grew up in Michigan, so it wasn’t too unfamiliar moving here but we weren’t familiar with Grand Rapids at all.

Patrick – So I definitely feel like you know the area and we looked in several different parts of Grand Rapids, and so I thought it was really helpful having someone who knew the area a lot better than us and you could give us your input and feedback regarding the areas that we are looking at and what we had surrounding us.
