Our best piece of advice is to have you leave for the entire weekend. You come back on Sunday night after the frenzy is over. That way, buyers can look at your home from 9:00 in the morning ’til 9:00 at night without bothering you or inconveniencing you. The best part? You only have to clean and sanitize once. The good news is, is that you’ve got all the control and should expect to sell your home for top dollar with the most favorable terms for you. Buyers need you.
